By accessing or using the services of Get Bike, the customer (Renter) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. All rental charges are calculated on a per-day basis, and advance booking is permitted only upon full payment of one hundred percent (100%) of the rental amount at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, deductions shall apply as follows: cancellations made seven (7) days prior to the booking date will incur a thirty percent (30%) deduction, cancellations made two (2) days prior will incur a fifty percent (50%) deduction, and cancellations made one (1) day prior will incur a seventy percent (70%) deduction, with the remaining balance, if any, refunded to the Renter. The Renter must present valid government-issued identification at the time of pickup and shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss, penalties, or liabilities arising during the rental period. Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed return time, failing which additional charges may apply at the discretion of Get Bike. The Renter further acknowledges that Get Bike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and liability for direct damages, if any, shall be limited strictly to the rental amount paid. The Renter assumes full responsibility for any fines, accidents, or third-party claims arising during use of the rented vehicle. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Varkala.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  1. The Renter must carry a valid driving license and ID proof at all times while operating the rented vehicle.
  2. The Renter is responsible for inspecting the vehicle before starting the ride, including tyres, brakes, lights, fuel level, and mirrors.
  3. Helmets are mandatory for both rider and pillion; failure to comply may result in penalties.
  4. The Renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as provided at the time of pickup.
  5. Any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period will be fully chargeable to the Renter.
  6. Only the registered Renter is permitted to ride the vehicle. Allowing unauthorized riders may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
  7. All traffic fines, penalties, parking violations, or legal issues arising during the rental period will be the sole responsibility of the Renter.
  8. In case of a breakdown or puncture, the Renter must contact Get Bike immediately and must not approach any third-party mechanic without prior permission.
  9. In the event of an accident, the Renter must stop immediately, inform Get Bike, and file a police report if required.
  10. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee as determined by Get Bike.
  11. The Renter must return the vehicle, helmet(s), keys, and documents in the same condition as provided. Any missing or damaged items will be charged.
  12. The Renter is responsible for the vehicle until it is officially checked back in by Get Bike staff.
  13. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental.
  14. Overloading is not allowed; a maximum of two persons per bike is permitted.
  15. Get Bike reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
