By using the platform, Users consent to receive transactional and service-related communications, and may opt out of promotional communications at any time. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Varkala.

1. Get Bike may store ride history, bike usage patterns, and location-related data solely to improve safety, optimize operations, and provide better rental services.
2. Any photos or videos taken by Users of the bike before or after rental are for personal documentation only and are not collected by Get Bike unless voluntarily shared for dispute resolution.
3. In case of accidents, theft, or legal disputes, Get Bike may share necessary information with law enforcement authorities as mandated by law.
4. Users' contact information may be used to notify them about breakdown support, safety alerts, booking updates, and essential service notifications.
5. Get Bike does not track Users' live location during a ride; however, approximate pickup and drop-off locations may be recorded for service improvement and security purposes.
6. Payment information is processed through secure third-party gateways, and Get Bike does not store sensitive card details.
7. Any data collected during support calls or customer service interactions may be recorded for quality improvement and dispute resolution.
8. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their registration details and must ensure their personal information is accurate and up to date.
9. Get Bike may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Get Bike does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Use of the service is restricted to individuals holding a valid driving license.
